We just had both our CCTV and Alarm system retrofitted with a brand new installation from the team at Hypower and we are very happy with the products installed but even more happy with the customer service both pre and post sales. Val and Anthony are a dream to deal with, where you can tell customer service is really at the forefront of what they do and believe in… not just words on a web site! Lochie and James were the electricians / installers, being very thoughtful with taking their shoes off when entering our home, cleaned efficient work and utmost respect for our family home… something you unfortunately don’t see anymore these days from tradespeople. Highly recommend Hypower Security for all things electrical too who are also installing some new lights for us outside. They really do the lot!

The quotes were provided quickly, and they took the time to discuss and adjust them to meet my specific needs.
The installation team (Lachlan and Dylan) arrived early, informed me in advance, and handled the installation process with great care. They ensured everything was clean afterward and took the time to guide me through the apps and explain how to use the system.

Service was next to none! We had just came from a bad experience with ADT and so was a little traumatised however this experience was smooth sailing from the first call I had with Val. She was professional and transparent with my request and was at my house the next day to inspect and give us a quote.
