Their customer service was 2nd to none. I spoke to several other companies including Jim’s security and ADT and knowledge and customer service stood out.
Val in the office spend over an hour on the phone answering any questions I had even after the install.

I recently purchased a 4 camera system from Hypower Security. The guys from Hypower were great to deal with. James was really helpful and answered all my questions with patience and care. The installers were right on time, neat and efficient. They got the job done promptly and neatly. They set up the system for me, tested it and properly took the time to show me how to use it and answer all my questions.

I had a new alarm system and cameras installed. The guys were very professional, they help set up the apps on my phone. A great experience with Hypower Security, keep up the great work guy’s…..I highly recommend.
Im not even a client of Hypower and Val helped me with an issue of a blaring alarm over the phone on a Sunday night. Who does this on a weekend and asks for no money in return!! Im a tenant but if I was an owner I would use this company as they are not motivated by money but actually helping people have the best experience with their security system. Being Seniors we recently had (1-3-2022) Val come out to our home & step by step she talked us through on installing security cameras. Wow what a service she delivered there was No Rush from her explaining to us the procedure that would take place.
With the Technicians Lockie & Kyle they both explained what & where the cameras would be suited for our home. These two young lads worked as a team leaving only their FOOTPRINT behind.
Unfortunately from our end we phoned Hypower & being Seniors didn’t quiet catch the format using the phone re photos etc. The response we got from Sue at Hypower was quickly attended to with Kyle coming back & explaining to us how to use our phone for the cameras

This Lovely Lady is an absolute legend! I had a client call me at 10pm with a blaring alarm system that wouldn’t turn off for hours, Val was able to resolve this issue with her within minutes. Service was next to none! We had just came from a bad experience with ADT and so was a little traumatised however this experience was smooth sailing from the first call I had with Val. She was professional and transparent with my request and was at my house the next day to inspect and give us a quote. And just by luck we were able to have our alarm system installed the following day, the guys came and literally within two hours everything was up and running! Couldn’t be any more happier with the results and the service from Val and her team. Thanks guys! 🙂

Very helpful and thorough admin team, let me know what I might be in for in terms of replacement. Techs who came on site were very competent and fixed the siren tamper issue within 15 minutes. Charge was indicated for call-out fee. Highly recommend.

We just had both our CCTV and Alarm system retrofitted with a brand new installation from the team at Hypower and we are very happy with the products installed but even more happy with the customer service both pre and post sales. Val and Anthony are a dream to deal with, where you can tell customer service is really at the forefront of what they do and believe in… not just words on a web site! Lachie and James were the electricians / installers, being very thoughtful with taking their shoes off when entering our home, cleaned efficient work and utmost respect for our family home… something you unfortunately don’t see anymore these days from tradespeople. Highly recommend Hypower Security for all things electrical too who are also installing some new lights for us outside. They really do the lot!
